Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website.
Buying products on our website.
To Order a product you will need to follow the Ordering procedures set out here.
You will be given clear instructions on how to navigate our simple on-line Order process and you shall be required to provide us with accurate personal details.
By clicking on the Proceed button on the Order form you are consenting to out Terms and Conditions. UK law is applicable.
Prices.
Prices listed are in £GBP. Post and packaging for a single order is £10 in the UK and free in the UK for Orders of two or more items.
Payment.
Payment is usually by credit or debit card and is taken when the order is placed.
Once we have received notification that the payment has been cleared we will dispatch orders where possible within 5 working days.
If we cannot fulfil your order from stock, we will contact you and discuss the estimated delivery time.
Cancellations
We endeavour to provide the best Customer Services possible. Should anything go wrong, we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your Order, please email us.
You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of making the order for any reason.
If your decide to cancel an order after the Products have been dispatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post,
we may charge you for the carriage of these Products. We advise you to check the status of the Order before you request Cancellation.
Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the Cancellation.
Returns.
You may return any Delivered Products within 7 working days of delivery for any reason (including you simply changed your mind).Please notify us in writing .
If you are returning any Product for any reason ,except damage (informed to us on delivery date) you must pay the costs of returning the Product to Us.
Care must be taken to ensure the returned Products are packaged well in their original packaging where possible to avoid damage or loss in transit.
On request, we will collect the Products from you and give you a full refund-
1-If the Product delivered is not what you ordered-
2-The Product arrives damaged or faulty. If the Products arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carriers Delivery Consignment and where possible inform us within 7 working days.

Hayhoe Designs Ltd does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery address if the delivery address is used.

Gift vouchers are subject to the terms above and in addition: Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase, additional costs such as delivery or shortfall on gift choice must be made up by the gift recipient
Gift vouchers are transferable, though may not be exchanged for cash in total or in part.
